Chartapir is built by a one-person company. That has one real advantage for you: the person who answers your email is the person who wrote the code.
Getting help
Email [email protected]. Tell us what you uploaded and what you expected to see. If a video came out wrong, the most useful thing you can send is the spreadsheet you used.
Owner sign-off needed: the support address and the response time promised here. Both are commitments. Nothing on this page should state a response window until you have decided one you can keep.
Before you write in
- The file was rejected.Chartapir reads CSV and XLSX up to 25 MB, 100,000 rows and 100 columns. Only the first worksheet of a workbook is used.
- Chinese text came out garbled. Traditional Chinese files, including Big5, are supported. Simplified Chinese encodings are not yet.
- A number looks wrong. Send the spreadsheet. Chartapir is built to refuse to state anything it cannot derive from your file, so a wrong number is a bug we want to see.
